George Harper founded Paramount Engineering in 2004. With over 17 years of experience, George has detail knowledge of preliminary planning, design, project management, permitting and plan review. Today Paramount Engineering provides expert economical solutions for design and engineering services for clients throughout the metro Atlanta area.
