Land Development Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for the civil engineering design of various land development projects and supervise a drafting technician team. You must be competent in all aspects of site engineering, including site layout, site grading, stormwater analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities, erosion control, and hydrology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• 5 years minimum experience in site design preferred

• Ability to prepare civil site development plans and hydrology studies

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods

• Proficiency using AutoCAD, including Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of engineering functions efficiently
